Scurning 

The act of wearing tight pants and rubbing your thighs together to sexually stimulate oneself. Usually done in public places by perverts, or at a desk while gaming.

Person 1: "Ugh, that guy over in the corner has a sick look on his face!"
Person 2: "Vile... he's probably been here for hours, scurning non-stop."
