A smug prick who thinks that he’s better and smarter than everyone else simply for being an atheist, who also shits on others for believing in a higher power. They typically are fat, sweaty, have neckbeards, wear fedoras, have dyed hair, or a weird haircut/style, or some combination of the above.

A pejorative/insult thrown at mask Karens/ manchildren to mock them for wearing their mask(s) 24/7 even in their own home, car, or when their alone.
