Adjective: The selfish, pathetic act of a suspect individual to nag a waiter/waitress, complain of their good service, and then reward them without leaving a tip.
Damn, that inbred, lumber-jack lookin' hick had me running all over the floor and kitchen to take care of his hungry ass. He then up and leaves without so much as a nickle on the table. I been fluhdizzled.
