1st: A word with a Universal definition commonly used in describing "the village idiot" within your circle of friends. 2nd: Adjective. Used to describe someone unwilling to cooperate with your plan that has no purpose other than to benefit you. 3rd: Noun. A male or female's private part.

1st: "Dude, did you hear what John said? That shit didn't even make sense.What a fuckin' Nerch."
2nd: "C'mon Carlos, do this for me. Why are you being a freakin' Nerch?"
