Mork

A continuous flapping of the tongue; both inside and outside one's mouth. The movement is properly achieved through strong inhalation and a looseness of tongue muscles, creating its flapping. Often used as a sudden, strange noise, it results in a reputation for "being weird", as well as momentarily terrified friends.

I decided to mork in my friend's face. They jumped with mortification.
