Originated in the Florida Keys, 40's era, the act of rubbing another mans knuckles in a signal of homosexuality.
A homosexual male. Homosexual behavior, that in which a homosexual male beckons another.

Person 1: "look at those guys".

Person 2: "Damn knuckle rubbers".

A title for someone who is very polyamorous, but with much sleeze, and filth. Also can used for a general put down.

PERSON 1: "Why don't you ask Nikki out"?

PERSON 2: "Naw, its cool. Besides, I heard she was a cum dumpster fuck".
