A nickname given to a friend who mumbles constantly or does things that leaves one wondering if he is completely normal.

Comes from the word Gibbrish.

Jovanny:Hey yo eric have you noticed Luis mumbles alot when he talks on the phone
Eric:Yah! its so weird
Jovanny:From now on lets call him "Gibers"
