Smegma

A substance which is created on hot sweaty days, and forms a layer of "cheese" like substance between the genitals and the anus. Smegma is often accompanied by a strong odor described as foul cheese.

Man 1: Dude whats that smell?

Man 2: Its my smegma, sorry....
