Stands for - Pretty... Hot... And.. Tempting & Fairly. .....Appetizing.... Treat
Example:

A type of reindeer bells that loop around your fist that are used to lure horses and other live stock to their pin. Can also be used as a musical instrument like a tambourine.
I used a CainBreak Rattler to lure the wild stallion to the feeding truth because I didn't wanna startle him.
