First used in France by the government official, Matthew Mouton, he explained he first used it after a courting was taking place a gruesomely long time. Intended to mean your brain is ineffective, dead, lacking mental energy, or no brain power. Could also be used when you have cabin fever.

Person 1: Yo, how was that ACT test?
Person 2: I’m zeroxed, let’s go eat.
