A girl whom is being, or is always, fun to be around and a little bit crazy. Conversations often revolve around firing people and general meglomania.

Guy: "Hey, check out this drawing I did. <link>"
Clomeister: "Sorry, it's taking aaages to load. Unless you drew white. Then. WOOH for you!"
Guy "Haha Clomeister. The internet is fired."
