A fatty-mess in place of muscle consisting of chunky, soup-like flesh. I.E. cankles, elbow flaps, double chins, saggy midrift, muffin-tops, etc.

She was not very fat, but she had a lot of puscle.

The extremely smooth and soft skin of a person's underchin.

My friend has the softest yoglet of anyone I know.
