Kisma

A severe case of ligma, and possibly sugma, where the victim becomes prone to a vast amount of unneeded ball sweating and other weird substances. It is usually associated with Fortnite gamers.

"I heard that Ryan had kisma!"

"I know man, poor Ryan."
