Whilst at a social gathering (normally a sweaty club) a person exiting the toilet with toilet paper attached to one or other or both feet. A double foot infringement can also be known as Ravers Feet

Used when expressing disbelief and/or directing another person to leave the conversation or, in some cases, the room. The word should be expressed in a cheeky cockney circa 1940's
