Fans of the popular podcast Sword and Scale are commonly known as “Sassholes”.
The term “Sassholes” is a play on words, combining the idea of being sassy and being an asshole. While it may sound negative, it is actually used as a term of endearment within the Sword and Scale community. Fans of the podcast tend to be very passionate about the show and its content, and are known for their witty sense of humor and clever comebacks. They often engage in lively discussions and debates about the true crime stories featured on the podcast.
So why are they called “Sassholes”? The term was coined by the host of Sword and Scale, Mike Boudet. In a 2015 episode of the podcast, Boudet used the term to describe his fans, saying that they were “anything but boring” and that he appreciated their wit and humor.
