A Tłok is a water bottle which cap was pierced with a glass pipe effectively making it a one-time use bong. The bottom of the bottle is also burned/pierced to allow water to be let out when the lettuce is burned. With the water escaping the bottle, it is sucking the milk out of the weed into the bottle making a one shot one kill cloud.
Tłok originated from the polish word for piston due to the nature of the cloud being pushed into the bottle and then out. Like a piston.
