Derfboi 

A male BYU Student who will tell a girl anything to get them to derf with them. A complete jerk who flirts with multiple girls at a time and makes them all believe they're individually special. They tell a girl they like them and act like they're in love so that they can get something out of it like pictures, derfing, soaking, etc. usually from a upper middle class, republican Mormon family near the point of the mountain.

Derf- slang term for dry humping. Involves sexual contact through clothes

“Did you see McKay and MacKinsley last night? They were derfing like crazy! Does she know he was seen derfing with Sariah and Bethlianne just last week? Ugh what a derfboi!”

Derfboi
