Cutocracy 

A type of rule where the cuteness of the ruler bosses over the ruled folk. Simply put, an autocracy of a cute person. Such a rule is often seen among girls and boys where girls try and play the role of a cutocrat.

Laav makes me adhere to everything she says: she's running a cutocracy.
