When a girl (or boy) gives a blowjob to a guy and after he ejaculates she keeps sucking until eventually the male cums for a 2nd time, causing extraordinary discomfort and sensitivity to the penis. If the the giver of the blowjob does this a 3rd time, the recipient can actually take them to court because doing that is illegal.
