n. the voice that one speaks with while one is smoking the cannabis before one exhales

Ok, so I was hanging out with Jimmy the other day and, hold on let me take this hit..... (inhales)....(weed voice) and then his dog goes ahead and (exhales) craps on the floor!!!!
