Rubble Toe 

A term for a woman who is wearing sandals that do NOT fit properly and her toes protrude from the front of the sandal, causing them to drag hopelessly on the ground.
Also known as a "Curb Feeler"

"Dude, did you see that bitches toes totally reading brail on the cement?"

"YEAH!!! She was sportin' some mad Rubble Toe!"
