To speak with great authority and conviction on a topic that you know absolutely fuck all about.

Mayhewing: A person who is a know it all on any topic. Creates the impression that he or she has a deep understanding of the topic whilst actually not having a clue. Experienced Mayhewers will secretly consult google during a discussion and use the information gathered as their own.
