Richard is a black and white plague. If you meet a Richard, you are forever haunted. He sits in the sun nude allowing everyone to see his ball-less sack. He gets his way and nothing will stop him. He sleeps when he wants and where he wants.

That man's sack resembles Richard. Saggy, depressed and hollow.
