Delco Uniform
It's the uniform any trashy person wears into Wawa anytime of the day. But more so on Sunday mornings. It consists of a baggy shirt of some type, pajama bottoms and a pair of nighttime bed slippers. Most likely to be found in Delaware county Pennsylvania.
