Saly (adj)- very chaotic and goofy but it actually is smart/good. Something that would generally not be remembered because of how silly it is but becomes a legend because of it

Saly (noun) - someone who generally says silly/stupid things but pulls it off nonchalant like.

Saly (verb) - to go out there and say something even if it may not fully make sense.
After I saw my friends presentation, I thought they would for sure get an F but my teacher thought it had saly energy

Everyone was working hard on the document except Jeff who was busy being the saly.
