Symptoms for someone who suffers from B.P. Syndrome has consumed a copious amount of alcohol at a social gathering, usually someone young, who ends up crashing the party by shitting one selfs pants.

"My god hes got B.P. Syndrome doesn't he??"

To fart into one's cup shaped hand and throw the stinking air into another's face.
