A privledged black man, A suburban black man. A black man whose parents are wealthy or has money. Whose parents can take care of him and all his problems so he doesnt have to. A black man who is not hood but tries to be "down" with the hood folks. Such as Carlton from the Fresh prince of Bel Air.
