Magic-sensitive
A person who is sensitive to magic and is able to feel it in their surroundings and "use" it by for example talking to animals.
Person 1: "I heard Bartholomew can talk to butterflies somehow."
Person 2: "Wow, thats weird. I bet he is magic-sensitive."

A mäerf is hypothesized to be the most common noise a tamed umbreon would make while near humans as a way of communication. It can be heard from a tamed umbreon in different tones to depict different meanings such as needing pats or food.
