To place one's genitals in between one's legs and around the corner. Usually saved for instances of extreme urination.
John decided to play the ultimate card: To tuck around in order to avoid urinating on himself. He managed to both save himself from the embarrassment of pissing on himself while also completely embarrassing himself by doing the one thing no person should do.
