A loathsome, obnoxious or exceptionally irritating client; one whose company is abhorrent yet remunerative. From "client" and "cunt".

"A good day at the office, dear?"
"Not really, darling, I spent all afternoon babysitting the Morgan people - complete cliunts, the lot of 'em. Now get on your knees, wench."
