Freakward
A heretical disease which results in the thickness of the skull dramatically increases causing the size of the brain to shrink. Due to the increase density of the head the neck will inevitably extend forward to counter act the immense weight. the stretching of the neck cause the vocal cords to elongate. subsequently causing the voice of the person to become irregular and in most cases he/she becomes incomprehendible.
