Kentrell 

A Kentrell is someone who is so autistic that, whenever you say something, they will proceed to repeat what was said for the next few days. Variations of this said occurrence include a Super Kentrell, Extra Kentrell, Giga Kentrell, and Kenplexed.

“HA, he said you suck!”
“Dude, you’re being a real Kentrell right now.”
“Oh, sorry man.”
