A very excited and hyped up individual that always runs from the cops for no reason whatsoever. A Salamonca normally pertains to very skinny and short individuals with a strong addiction to meth and other drugs. A Salamonca is known for its ability to scale sides of buildings with ease like Gollum and screech at the moon from rooftops like a Devil. Few Salamoncas have ever been really caught as they have no problems with pain. The only way to catch a Salamonca is to become a Salamonca.
