When someone is to lazy to type a real reply, only ejecting the word "eh" and annoying the person they are talking to because the person they are talking to says real sentences.

"Make a choice. You either pay attention to me or video games."
"Eh"
"I swear to the heavens above, what the hell does that mean and do you speak any real words?"
