Psychopath 

Similar to a sociopath; One who appears to be charming and caring at face value, but actually lacks empathy and tends to be manipulative. Psychopaths are typically portrayed as sadistic killers and master manipulators, but most psychopaths are actually regular people trying to live their lives.

A simple response to something that evokes disgust.
