sounds like "ice" if said with a fake strong southern accent. less serious than freezer bum

freezer bum 

the worst scenario for a cold butt. It's when a case of ass cubes gets soo bad & your butt gets so cold that it actually starts hurting.

we have been out here in the cold forever! I'm so cold that I've got freezer bum!
