To talk and act in a way; a calm fancy/rich person behavior all day everyday as if it is one's permanent lifestyle. To act or be a "big shot".
"look at him all dressed up in that $8,000 suit. He just tossed money on the floor for others to fight over. He just ordered everything on the menu. He's eating like a king. He talks like he's sophisticated. He supposidly has everything he could ever want and he keeps it all to himself. He's so uppercrusty. Is he trying to act like he owns the place or something?!"
