Tokyotown 

An adjective describing an asian person who acts like they are living in Tokyo, Japan. The individual is not always Japanese, they are often Chinese or Vietnamese. These people have crazy hairstyles with ridiuculous colours and wear certain clothes.

Guy1: Shit, some asshole hit my car!
Guy2: Who?
Guy1: I don't know, some tokyotown motherfucker!
