Short for "exercise prescription". Given to couch potatoes who think there's a pill for their condition, while the only solution is to get off the internet and get in the gym. (No, not "going to the gym", really going to the gym.)
Patient: "My back hurts, I can't breathe, I can't climb the stairs, I think I have a hearth condition."
