A person or persons raised in or living in Mesquite, TX. Also can be used to describe the language spoken by people from Mesquite, TX. When spoken or written, Mesquitian looks/sounds like country slang meets ghetto.

See that girl over there? She's a Mesquitian.

What in the hell did he just say??? Oh, don't mind him...he's just speaking Mesquitian.
