Dead

To define something or someone being dead, a superior Paul Hunt has to give word of it or them being dead. He will usually play with the thing and then give a verdict. This is only used in most severe cases.

Truth

To deem a statement as truth, one must summon a wise ginger. As gingers are endangered and just wild. They have seen the worst of the world, so can therefore only state truth.
