Lower class. A person who usually mongers filt, badly dressed. Some dirt underneath finger nails is a common side effect.

Scourge

Scourge- A lower class person who tries his or her best to freeload and not spend money.Scorge's are normally friendly people as this is the only way they can create the illusion to get what they want. A scourge will always take a bus instead of taxi and never offer to buy a round at the bar.
