A horn is a person (generaly male) who is obsessed with fucking and never shuts the fuck up about sex. Also he may talk about how great he is in bed yet they have only fucked 1 or 2 chicks.

Billy: Hey, my friend Alex Chisamore friend is a total dolt man. He says he's the BEST in bed with all of his ho's.

Bob: No, man that tool is just a total horndog.
