A word used (mostly McAllen Tx.) to insult a person's sexual preference. Like calling someone a fag only it sounds better. The word is pronounced huuuuuuut, with extreme emphasis on extending the U sound.

Rey's a jhutt.
Ernie, don't you think Rey is a jhutt because he wears skirts and sells his body for money?
