Traditional Russian cigarettes. Wrapped in see through rice paper, an inch of strong tobacco is mated with a hollow cardboard tube. The cardboard looks like a giant filter, but it's just hollow. Much better configuration than traditional western unfiltered cigarettes. Also an efficient use of tobacco.

'hey, can I bum a smoke?' 'Sure, but I'm smoking Belomorcanals, they're cigarettes from Russia. Papiroses.'

Oklabama

Any part of the US which is not east or west coast. Commonly known as flyover country. Derogatory term.
