Menage et twat 

A three-way which involves two girls and one guy. Derived from the french phrase menage et tois, the word tois is replaced with the word twat to distinguish between two girls and one guy versus two guys and one girl.

"Well, did you ask Jasmine and Lisa about the menage et twat?"

"Yeah."

"What did they say?"

"They're...into it."
