Post-Booze Blues 

The nagging and persistent melancholy that follows a night and/or day of binge-drinking, especially if you have done something regrettable during that time. This is usually coupled with a hangover.

"I was laying in bed all day with a bad case of 'post-booze blues', after unsuccessfully trying to hook up with my boss last night at the Christmas party"

The remnants of a chip - potato or otherwise - that has broken apart upon an unsuccessful foray into the dip-bowl.
