“Oogle” simply means to be ugly but worse. It gives the aesthetic of an ogre and how hideous it is believed to be. If someone is called “oogle” their facial features must be so horrendous that the word “ugly” just doesn’t fit their description.
Eww. Is that Josh’s new girl? He definitely downgraded from his last girl cuz this new girl so ugly, she oogle.
