A person who's so fake that even the real fake people feel intimidated by their fakeness. A penz will always lie their heart out to gain sympathy. They can't tell the truth even if they wanted to. Jim Carrey's Liar liar is literally about a penz.

You : hey, sorry for being late, what's up?
Fake Friend : you my friend, you make me so happy that I could even wait for you all my life, when I realize how lucky I am to have a friend like you, tears of joy run down my cheeks.

You : dude! stop acting like a penz.
