A long period of time where you cant/dont act retarded usually followed by retard constipation.

Man, durring that job intevew I had retard constipation, but it burst out as soon as i got out the door.

After a verry long time period of having retard constipation you explode and say/do retarded things uncontrollably.

That class was so long, I had to sit there quietly afterwords I got really bad retard diarrhea .
